Refund and Return Policy

At The Car Company Automotive, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with a product or service, please review our refund policy below:

Product Returns

  • Eligibility: Products purchased from The Car Company Automotive may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. The products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Exclusions: Certain items, such as special orders, electrical parts, and items marked as "final sale," are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition and free from signs of wear or installation.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process the refund.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  • Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returned items.

Service Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds for services are generally not provided once the service has been rendered. However, if you experience any issues with the work performed, we will review the situation and determine if any adjustments, refunds, or additional services are necessary to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

  • Product Exchanges: If you need to exchange a product for a different size or part, please contact us within 30 days. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Special Order Items: Products that are specially ordered for you are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.

  • Electrical Parts: For safety reasons, electrical parts are not eligible for return once they have been installed or used.
